as an hr professional, my 25 years of experience has helped me choose the right candidate after going through multitudes of resumes. During my career i've short listed and interviewed many candidates and seen these candidates making quite a few mistakes in their resumes and interviews.
also once, my niece was struggling to land up with clerical assistant jobs. She is very talented and could easily crack any interview. But she wasn't getting any interview calls which made her so dejected and frustrated. Eventually she came to me for advice.
