from the desktop of: ben savage have you ever had trouble trading in tf2? believe me, i can relate. I was the same way for many months. Frankly, i made so many mistakes i'm almost embarrassed to admit it to you.
trust me. I used to be completely hopeless at trading. Not even knowing a single thing and barely understanding what my friends were trying to tell me. The update that introduced trading came out on september 2010 but i must admit i hadn't even known that you could trade until 2011 when a friend introduced me. I spent so much time trying to learn the basics and how items worked that it's just embarrassing. Thinking back now i remember many mistakes and failures, selling items for the wrong prices and buying items for a price way to high i spent so much time struggling with these problems and the constant changes to trading prices that i had pretty much given up.
fortunately for me (and now you), i found a way out since those early failures, i poured my heart and soul into learning everything i could about tf2 trading. I ate, slept, and drank this world, and as a result of being immersed in it for months, i'm now considered an expert in this field, so i'm well qualified to help you.
i have helped out newer users using the coach volunteering button and have even given away some free items and teaching the basics of trading to some new users. I have even gotten some of these people into the game enough to actually spend money to become a premium...read more detail
